So, what is a Weddingscape? The way we describe them is ‘they are beautiful landscapes with our couples in them’. Our Weddingscapes as art pieces are a much sort after product by our clients. They are always something that we get many positive comments on. This is the type of image that many of our bride & grooms want in their melbourne wedding photos. An amazing scene to reflect the day and to remember it by. These signature photographs make our clients walls.
Our couples and our photographers always have a lot of fun creating these on the day of the wedding and thoroughly enjoy the experience. Most couples are willing to put in the extra effort to get that awesome shot. To enable us to create something they can look back on forever, a piece of ART!
The Mornington Peninsula Wedding of Matthew & Amy was held on 18th August 2012 at the beautiful venue Summerfields Country House & Estate.
With it’s shabby chic inspired theme, the bride wore a Maggie Sottero gown with alterations by Maria Maraone Couture. It was an A-line alabaster gown with sweetheart neckline, rouche, lace belt and full train. Simple pearl earrings and a diamond bracelet embellished the bride. It was finished with a tulle and organza flower in her hair and cathedral veil.
Flowers included roses, spray roses, freesias and dusty millar foliage.
Guests at the reception were treated to a pink and white themed lolly buffet with over a dozen varieties. The two tiered round wedding cake (dark chocolate rasberry & lemon) was made by ‘Cake This‘ in Frankston and decorated by the bride herself.
Amy and Matthew were amazing clients who really value great wedding photography. They went above and beyond on the day (through the rain and mud) to help assist me with taking those special ‘art piece’ images. Thanks so much guys, I believe it was worth getting saturated for and we can’t wait to show you them all! Here’s just a tempter…
